This assumes you are using Ultra Hal.

To Select Text

Use your mouse after the new text to select is on the screen.

To Read Text Selection Out Loud

Press first Control and then the C key. Do not press them both together.

Select Speed

Set this initially to 3 or 4.

Note: Read individual manual of your particular PC text reader for setting speed, etc. There are dozens of PC text readers, most of which are very poor. Again, we suggest you use Ultra Hal.
